COVID-19: OUR COMMITMENT

Footprint takes place in a well ventilated structure providing a safe and
comfortable environment for all our guests.

• Stand build at Footprint is managed by us. This reduces complexity, overall cost and planning risk for our exhibitors and sponsors

• Footprint operates the following transparent and fair policy around
investment from its partners:

”Should Footprint be prevented from going ahead by Covid-19, we will refund to each exhibitor the total amount they have paid, less a pro-rata share of all committed expenses we have incurred in connection with the event. This will take place within 2 weeks of the published last day of the event. These expenses will be verified by our chartered accountant, Arthur G Mead Ltd.”

• Footprint shall be delivered in line with the Association of Event Organisers 'All Secure Standard’ as a minimum

• All staff and guests onsite will self-declare they are symptom free before attending.

FOOTPRINT is the place to showcase how we can build sustainable developments and reduce the carbon footprint of building projects. In tackling the climate crisis, these are the conversations we need to be having.
